Silent room and staff is always polite.

The food is fine.

Pleasant, friendly staff and a clean comfortable room.

Nicely presented low cost hotel, magnificent views, particularly good location near the bus stop.

Beds were not very comfortable.

The hotel staff were fantastic! Helpful, professional and very service minded... Also, the location with respect to the beach was perfect and the breakfast was very filling and good quality.

The bathroom needed some rework as they were mold in some of the grout. The 'Jacuzzi' was not fitted properly into the alloted space for the bathtub. We also felt that it was strange that the hotel did not have a restaurant!

Enjoyed this low cost hotel: good food and attentive and extremely helpful staff. Our classic room was recently renovated with a kettle, balconies and tea as advertised. Everything was nice, yet a few employees were not very friendly. Perfect location, we need just 5 minutes walk to the bus station. Visited few places in the centre, a 10-15 minute walking distance from the property.

great service but breakfast chaos

The staff were genuinely friendly each morning willing to help. The city view from our room was fine, with a great backdrop for our stay.

With many guests, breakfast could feel chaotic at times.

Everything was great: the staff was incredible and very kindly, the cleanless of the rooms was perfect, the rooms are spacious...

The room was very clean and well appointed. In addition, the breakfast was very good.

We had to modify our booking due to circumstances beyond our control and were charged the full penalty fee of 109 euros. In addition, on arrival with a car we were not given clear instructions on how to gain access to the car park - there should be a clear sign pointing to it. The hotel location is also not quite as near to the beach as we would have hoped.

The hotel was wonderful, the staff were attentive and polite. The room was spaceush, clean and in very well maintained. The location was ideal and we will definately be using this Hotel again.
